사도행전 21 장1절

우리가 그들을 작별하고 배를 타고 바로 고스로 가서 이튿날 로도에 이르러 거기서부터 바다라로 가서

And it came to pass that after we were gotten from them and had launched we came with a straight course unto Coos and the day following unto Rhodes and from thence unto Patara：

 

사도행전 21 장2절

베니게로 건너가는 배를 만나서 타고 가다가

And finding a ship sailing over unto Phenicia we went aboard and set forth.

 

사도행전 21 장3절

구브로를 바라보고 이를 왼편에 두고 수리아로 항해하여 두로에서 상륙하니 거기서 배의 짐을 풀려 함이러라

Now when we had discovered Cyprus we left it on the left hand and sailed into Syria and landed at Tyre： for there the ship was to unlade her burden.

 

사도행전 21 장4절

제자들을 찾아 거기서 이레를 머물더니 그 제자들이 성령의 감동으로 바울더러 예루살렘에 들어가지 말라 하더라

And finding disciples we tarried there seven days： who said to Paul through the Spirit that he should not go up to Jerusalem.

 

사도행전 21 장5절

이 여러 날을 지낸 후 우리가 떠나갈새 그들이 다 그 처자와 함께 성문 밖까지 전송하거늘 우리가 바닷가에서 무릎을 꿇어 기도하고

And when we had accomplished those days we departed and went our way; and they all brought us on our way with wives and children till we were out of the city： and we kneeled down on the shore and prayed.

 

사도행전 21 장6절

서로 작별한 후 우리는 배에 오르고 그들은 집으로 돌아가니라

And when we had taken our leave one of another we took ship; and they returned home again.

 

사도행전 21 장7절

두로를 떠나 항해를 다 마치고 돌레마이에 이르러 형제들에게 안부를 묻고 그들과 함께 하루를 있다가

And when we had finished our course from Tyre we came to Ptolemais and saluted the brethren and abode with them one day.

 

사도행전 21 장8절

이튿날 떠나 가이사랴에 이르러 일곱 집사 중 하나인 전도자 빌립의 집에 들어가서 머무르니라

And the next day we that were of Pauls company departed and came unto Caesarea： and we entered into the house of Philip the evangelist which was one of the seven; and abode with him.

 

사도행전 21 장9절

그에게 딸 넷이 있으니 처녀로 예언하는 자라

And the same man had four daughters virgins which did prophesy.

 

사도행전 21 장10절

여러 날 머물러 있더니 아가보라 하는 한 선지자가 유대로부터 내려와

And as we tarried there many days there came down from Judaea a certain prophet named Agabus.

 

사도행전 21 장11절

우리에게 와서 바울의 띠를 가져다가 자기 수족을 잡아매고 말하기를 성령이 말씀하시되 예루살렘에서 유대인들이 이같이 이 띠 임자를 결박하여 이방인의 손에 넘겨 주리라 하거늘

And when he was come unto us he took Pauls girdle and bound his own hands and feet and said Thus saith the Holy Ghost So shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man that owneth this girdle and shall deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.

 

사도행전 21 장12절

우리가 그 말을 듣고 그 곳 사람들과 더불어 바울에게 예루살렘으로 올라가지 말라 권하니

And when we heard these things both we and they of that place besought him not to go up to Jerusalem.

 

사도행전 21 장13절

바울이 대답하되 여러분이 어찌하여 울어 내 마음을 상하게 하느냐 나는 주 예수의 이름을 위하여 결박 당할 뿐 아니라 예루살렘에서 죽을 것도 각오하였노라 하니

Then Paul answered What mean ye to weep and to break mine heart? for I am ready not to be bound only but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.

 

사도행전 21 장14절

그가 권함을 받지 아니하므로 우리가 주의 뜻대로 이루어지이다 하고 그쳤노라

And when he would not be persuaded we ceased saying The will of the Lord be done.

 

사도행전 21 장15절

이 여러 날 후에 여장을 꾸려 예루살렘으로 올라갈새

And after those days we took up our carriages and went up to Jerusalem.

 

사도행전 21 장16절

가이사랴의 몇 제자가 함께 가며 한 오랜 제자 구브로 사람 나손을 데리고 가니 이는 우리가 그의 집에 머물려 함이라

There went with us also certain of the disciples of Caesarea and brought with them one Mnason of Cyprus an old disciple with whom we should lodge.

 

사도행전 21 장17절

예루살렘에 이르니 형제들이 우리를 기꺼이 영접하거늘

And when we were come to Jerusalem the brethren received us gladly.

 

사도행전 21 장18절

그 이튿날 바울이 우리와 함께 야고보에게로 들어가니 장로들도 다 있더라

And the day following Paul went in with us unto James; and all the elders were present.

 

사도행전 21 장19절

바울이 문안하고 하나님이 자기의 사역으로 말미암아 이방 가운데서 하신 일을 낱낱이 말하니

And when he had saluted them he declared particularly what things God had wrought among the Gentiles by his ministry.

 

사도행전 21 장20절

그들이 듣고 하나님께 영광을 돌리고 바울더러 이르되 형제여 그대도 보는 바에 유대인 중에 믿는 자 수만 명이 있으니 다 율법에 열성을 가진 자라

And when they heard it they glorified the Lord and said unto him Thou seest brother how many thousands of Jews there are which believe; and they are all zealous of the law：

 

사도행전 21 장21절

네가 이방에 있는 모든 유대인을 가르치되 모세를 배반하고 아들들에게 할례를 행하지 말고 또 관습을 지키지 말라 한다 함을 그들이 들었도다

And they are informed of thee that thou teachest all the Jews which are among the Gentiles to forsake Moses saying that they ought not to circumcise their children neither to walk after the customs.

 

사도행전 21 장22절

그러면 어찌할꼬 그들이 필연 그대가 온 것을 들으리니

What is it therefore? the multitude must needs come together： for they will hear that thou art come.

 

사도행전 21 장23절

우리가 말하는 이대로 하라 서원한 네 사람이 우리에게 있으니

Do therefore this that we say to thee： We have four men which have a vow on them;

 

사도행전 21 장24절

그들을 데리고 함께 결례를 행하고 그들을 위하여 비용을 내어 머리를 깎게 하라 그러면 모든 사람이 그대에 대하여 들은 것이 사실이 아니고 그대도 율법을 지켜 행하는 줄로 알 것이라

Them take and purify thyself with them and be at charges with them that they may shave their heads： and all may know that those things whereof they were informed concerning thee are nothing; but that thou thyself also walkest orderly and keepest the law.

 

사도행전 21 장25절

주를 믿는 이방인에게는 우리가 우상의 제물과 피와 목매어 죽인 것과 음행을 피할 것을 결의하고 편지하였느니라 하니

As touching the Gentiles which believe we have written and concluded that they observe no such thing save only that they keep themselves from things offered to idols and from blood and from strangled and from fornication.

 

사도행전 21 장26절

바울이 이 사람들을 데리고 이튿날 그들과 함께 결례를 행하고 성전에 들어가서 각 사람을 위하여 제사 드릴 때까지의 결례 기간이 만기된 것을 신고하니라

Then Paul took the men and the next day purifying himself with them entered into the temple to signify the accomplishment of the days of purification until that an offering should be offered for every one of them.

 

사도행전 21 장27절

그 이레가 거의 차매 아시아로부터 온 유대인들이 성전에서 바울을 보고 모든 무리를 충동하여 그를 붙들고

And when the seven days were almost ended the Jews which were of Asia when they saw him in the temple stirred up all the people and laid hands on him

 

사도행전 21 장28절

외치되 이스라엘 사람들아 도우라 이 사람은 각처에서 우리 백성과 율법과 이 곳을 비방하여 모든 사람을 가르치는 그 자인데 또 헬라인을 데리고 성전에 들어가서 이 거룩한 곳을 더럽혔다 하니

Crying out Men of Israel help： This is the man that teacheth all men every where against the people and the law and this place： and further brought Greeks also into the temple and hath polluted this holy place.

 

사도행전 21 장29절

이는 그들이 전에 에베소 사람 드로비모가 바울과 함께 시내에 있음을 보고 바울이 그를 성전에 데리고 들어간 줄로 생각함이러라

(For they had seen before with him in the city Trophimus an Ephesian whom they supposed that Paul had brought into the temple.)

 

사도행전 21 장30절

온 성이 소동하여 백성이 달려와 모여 바울을 잡아 성전 밖으로 끌고 나가니 문들이 곧 닫히더라

And all the city was moved and the people ran together： and they took Paul and drew him out of the temple： and forthwith the doors were shut.

 

사도행전 21 장31절

그들이 그를 죽이려 할 때에 온 예루살렘이 요란하다는 소문이 군대의 천부장에게 들리매

And as they went about to kill him tidings came unto the chief captain of the band that all Jerusalem was in an uproar.

 

사도행전 21 장32절

그가 급히 군인들과 백부장들을 거느리고 달려 내려가니 그들이 천부장과 군인들을 보고 바울 치기를 그치는지라

Who immediately took soldiers and centurions and ran down unto them： and when they saw the chief captain and the soldiers they left beating of Paul.

 

사도행전 21 장33절

이에 천부장이 가까이 가서 바울을 잡아 두 쇠사슬로 결박하라 명하고 그가 누구이며 그가 무슨 일을 하였느냐 물으니

Then the chief captain came near and took him and commanded him to be bound with two chains; and demanded who he was and what he had done.

 

사도행전 21 장34절

무리 가운데서 어떤 이는 이런 말로 어떤 이는 저런 말로 소리 치거늘 천부장이 소동으로 말미암아 진상을 알 수 없어 그를 영내로 데려가라 명하니라

And some cried one thing some another among the multitude： and when he could not know the certainty for the tumult he commanded him to be carried into the castle.

 

사도행전 21 장35절

바울이 층대에 이를 때에 무리의 폭행으로 말미암아 군사들에게 들려가니

And when he came upon the stairs so it was that he was borne of the soldiers for the violence of the people.

 

사도행전 21 장36절

이는 백성의 무리가 그를 없이하자고 외치며 따라 감이러라

For the multitude of the people followed after crying Away with him.

 

사도행전 21 장37절

바울을 데리고 영내로 들어가려 할 그 때에 바울이 천부장에게 이르되 내가 당신에게 말할 수 있느냐 이르되 네가 헬라 말을 아느냐

And as Paul was to be led into the castle he said unto the chief captain May I speak unto thee? Who said Canst thou speak Greek?

 

사도행전 21 장38절

그러면 네가 이전에 소요를 일으켜 자객 사천 명을 거느리고 광야로 가던 애굽인이 아니냐

Art not thou that Egyptian which before these days madest an uproar and leddest out into the wilderness four thousand men that were murderers?

 

사도행전 21 장39절

바울이 이르되 나는 유대인이라 소읍이 아닌 길리기아 다소 시의 시민이니 청컨대 백성에게 말하기를 허락하라 하니

But Paul said I am a man which am a Jew of Tarsus a city in Cilicia a citizen of no mean city： and I beseech thee suffer me to speak unto the people.

 

사도행전 21 장40절

천부장이 허락하거늘 바울이 층대 위에 서서 백성에게 손짓하여 매우 조용히 한 후에 히브리 말로 말하니라

And when he had given him licence Paul stood on the stairs and beckoned with the hand unto the people. And when there was made a great silence he spake unto them in the Hebrew tongue saying

그 이튿날 바울이 우리와 함께 야고보에게로 들어가니 장로들도 다 있더라

And the day following Paul went in with us unto James; and all the elders were present.

 

사도행전 21 장19절

바울이 문안하고 하나님이 자기의 사역으로 말미암아 이방 가운데서 하신 일을 낱낱이 말하니

And when he had saluted them he declared particularly what things God had wrought among the Gentiles by his ministry.

 

보고할 곳이 없는 사역이 얼마나 고독한지 안다

몇년 째 네팔을 다녀와도 전도여행을 보고할곳이 없었다

선교가 선교동원으로 연결되어지는 고리가 끊어진 것이다

점점 한국교회안에 선교가 희미해져감에 고독하게 외쳤던가?

 

남의 선교에 관심이 없는 것은 나도 선교를 하지 않겠다는 것이다

굳이 먼 곳까지 복음을 전하려 가야하냐고 반문하시는 분들의 대부분은 가까운곳도 전도하지 않는다

먼곳에 쓸돈이면 가까운곳에 쓰겠다고 말하지만 정작 자기지갑만 걱정하는 인색한 이들이 99%다

 

바울은 선교보고를 통해 하나님의 일하심에 도전을 주고 동원을 일으키고 싶었으리라 예루살렘교회를 사랑함에 말이다

 

나도 본 교회인 안산제일교회가 선교에 대한 도전이 있기를 안타깝게 외치리라!

겨우 주일출석으로 이땅의 예배를 마치지 않고 온 열방에서 예배하는 교회되길 간절히 바란다

 

안산제일교회는 내가 처음 다닌 교회이고 세례를 받은 교회이며 세딸이 태어나서 지금까지 다니고 있고 바라기는 제일교회교인으로 시집을 가고 어머니 소천도 함께 하는 나의 마지막 교회가 되길 소망한다

 

내가 할 수 있는게 헌금을 많이 하는 것도 아니요

리더쉽이 뛰어나 지도력으로 교회를 이끌어 갈 은사도 없습니다

다만 나의 작은 몸부림을 통해 선교에 조금이라도 도전을 받기를 바랄뿐입니다

주님손에 안산제일교회를 올려드립니다
