사도행전 16 장1절

바울이 더베와 루스드라에도 이르매 거기 디모데라 하는 제자가 있으니 그 어머니는 믿는 유대 여자요 아버지는 헬라인이라

Then came he to Derbe and Lystra： and behold a certain disciple was there named Timotheus the son of a certain woman which was a Jewess and believed; but his father was a Greek：

 

사도행전 16 장2절

디모데는 루스드라와 이고니온에 있는 형제들에게 칭찬 받는 자니

Which was well reported of by the brethren that were at Lystra and Iconium.

 

사도행전 16 장3절

바울이 그를 데리고 떠나고자 할새 그 지역에 있는 유대인으로 말미암아 그를 데려다가 할례를 행하니 이는 그 사람들이 그의 아버지는 헬라인인 줄 다 앎이러라

Him would Paul have to go forth with him; and took and circumcised him because of the Jews which were in those quarters： for they knew all that his father was a Greek.

 

사도행전 16 장4절

여러 성으로 다녀 갈 때에 예루살렘에 있는 사도와 장로들이 작정한 규례를 그들에게 주어 지키게 하니

And as they went through the cities they delivered them the decrees for to keep that were ordained of the apostles and elders which were at Jerusalem.

 

사도행전 16 장5절

이에 여러 교회가 믿음이 더 굳건해지고 수가 날마다 늘어가니라

And so were the churches established in the faith and increased in number daily.

 

사도행전 16 장6절

성령이 아시아에서 말씀을 전하지 못하게 하시거늘 그들이 브루기아와 갈라디아 땅으로 다녀가

Now when they had gone throughout Phrygia and the region of Galatia and were forbidden of the Holy Ghost to preach the word in Asia

 

사도행전 16 장7절

무시아 앞에 이르러 비두니아로 가고자 애쓰되 예수의 영이 허락하지 아니하시는지라

After they were come to Mysia they assayed to go into Bithynia： but the Spirit suffered them not.

 

사도행전 16 장8절

무시아를 지나 드로아로 내려갔는데

And they passing by Mysia came down to Troas.

 

사도행전 16 장9절

밤에 환상이 바울에게 보이니 마게도냐 사람 하나가 서서 그에게 청하여 이르되 마게도냐로 건너와서 우리를 도우라 하거늘

And a vision appeared to Paul in the night; There stood a man of Macedonia and prayed him saying Come over into Macedonia and help us.

 

사도행전 16 장10절

바울이 그 환상을 보았을 때 우리가 곧 마게도냐로 떠나기를 힘쓰니 이는 하나님이 저 사람들에게 복음을 전하라고 우리를 부르신 줄로 인정함이러라

And after he had seen the vision immediately we endeavoured to go into Macedonia assuredly gathering that the Lord had called us for to preach the gospel unto them.

 

사도행전 16 장11절

우리가 드로아에서 배로 떠나 사모드라게로 직행하여 이튿날 네압볼리로 가고

Therefore loosing from Troas we came with a straight course to Samothracia and the next day to Neapolis;

 

사도행전 16 장12절

거기서 빌립보에 이르니 이는 마게도냐 지방의 첫 성이요 또 로마의 식민지라 이 성에서 수일을 유하다가

And from thence to Philippi which is the chief city of that part of Macedonia and a colony： and we were in that city abiding certain days.

 

사도행전 16 장13절

안식일에 우리가 기도할 곳이 있을까 하여 문 밖 강가에 나가 거기 앉아서 모인 여자들에게 말하는데

And on the sabbath we went out of the city by a river side where prayer was wont to be made; and we sat down and spake unto the women which resorted thither.

 

사도행전 16 장14절

두아디라 시에 있는 자색 옷감 장사로서 하나님을 섬기는 루디아라 하는 한 여자가 말을 듣고 있을 때 주께서 그 마음을 열어 바울의 말을 따르게 하신지라

And a certain woman named Lydia a seller of purple of the city of Thyatira which worshipped God heard us： whose heart the Lord opened that she attended unto the things which were spoken of Paul.

 

사도행전 16 장15절

그와 그 집이 다 세례를 받고 우리에게 청하여 이르되 만일 나를 주 믿는 자로 알거든 내 집에 들어와 유하라 하고 강권하여 머물게 하니라

And when she was baptized and her household she besought us saying If ye have judged me to be faithful to the Lord come into my house and abide there. And she constrained us.

 

사도행전 16 장16절

우리가 기도하는 곳에 가다가 점치는 귀신 들린 여종 하나를 만나니 점으로 그 주인들에게 큰 이익을 주는 자라

And it came to pass as we went to prayer a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying：

 

사도행전 16 장17절

그가 바울과 우리를 따라와 소리 질러 이르되 이 사람들은 지극히 높은 하나님의 종으로서 구원의 길을 너희에게 전하는 자라 하며

The same followed Paul and us and cried saying These men are the servants of the most high God which shew unto us the way of salvation.

 

사도행전 16 장18절

이같이 여러 날을 하는지라 바울이 심히 괴로워하여 돌이켜 그 귀신에게 이르되 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 내가 네게 명하노니 그에게서 나오라 하니 귀신이 즉시 나오니라

And this did she many days. But Paul being grieved turned and said to the spirit I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her. And he came out the same hour.

 

사도행전 16 장19절

여종의 주인들은 자기 수익의 소망이 끊어진 것을 보고 바울과 실라를 붙잡아 장터로 관리들에게 끌어 갔다가

And when her masters saw that the hope of their gains was gone they caught Paul and Silas and drew them into the marketplace unto the rulers

 

사도행전 16 장20절

상관들 앞에 데리고 가서 말하되 이 사람들이 유대인인데 우리 성을 심히 요란하게 하여

And brought them to the magistrates saying These men being Jews do exceedingly trouble our city

 

사도행전 16 장21절

로마 사람인 우리가 받지도 못하고 행하지도 못할 풍속을 전한다 하거늘

And teach customs which are not lawful for us to receive neither to observe being Romans.

 

사도행전 16 장22절

무리가 일제히 일어나 고발하니 상관들이 옷을 찢어 벗기고 매로 치라 하여

And the multitude rose up together against them： and the magistrates rent off their clothes and commanded to beat them.

 

사도행전 16 장23절

많이 친 후에 옥에 가두고 간수에게 명하여 든든히 지키라 하니

And when they had laid many stripes upon them they cast them into prison charging the jailor to keep them safely：

 

사도행전 16 장24절

그가 이러한 명령을 받아 그들을 깊은 옥에 가두고 그 발을 차고에 든든히 채웠더니

Who having received such a charge thrust them into the inner prison and made their feet fast in the stocks.

 

사도행전 16 장25절

한밤중에 바울과 실라가 기도하고 하나님을 찬송하매 죄수들이 듣더라

And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed and sang praises unto God： and the prisoners heard them.

 

사도행전 16 장26절

이에 갑자기 큰 지진이 나서 옥터가 움직이고 문이 곧 다 열리며 모든 사람의 매인 것이 다 벗어진지라

And suddenly there was a great earthquake so that the foundations of the prison were shaken： and immediately all the doors were opened and every ones bands were loosed.

 

사도행전 16 장27절

간수가 자다가 깨어 옥문들이 열린 것을 보고 죄수들이 도망한 줄 생각하고 칼을 빼어 자결하려 하거늘

And the keeper of the prison awaking out of his sleep and seeing the prison doors open he drew out his sword and would have killed himself supposing that the prisoners had been fled.

 

사도행전 16 장28절

바울이 크게 소리 질러 이르되 네 몸을 상하지 말라 우리가 다 여기 있노라 하니

But Paul cried with a loud voice saying Do thyself no harm： for we are all here.

 

사도행전 16 장29절

간수가 등불을 달라고 하며 뛰어 들어가 무서워 떨며 바울과 실라 앞에 엎드리고

Then he called for a light and sprang in and came trembling and fell down before Paul and Silas

 

사도행전 16 장30절

그들을 데리고 나가 이르되 선생들이여 내가 어떻게 하여야 구원을 받으리이까 하거늘

And brought them out and said Sirs what must I do to be saved?

 

사도행전 16 장31절

이르되 주 예수를 믿으라 그리하면 너와 네 집이 구원을 받으리라 하고

And they said Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved and thy house.

 

사도행전 16 장32절

주의 말씀을 그 사람과 그 집에 있는 모든 사람에게 전하더라

And they spake unto him the word of the Lord and to all that were in his house.

 

사도행전 16 장33절

그 밤 그 시각에 간수가 그들을 데려다가 그 맞은 자리를 씻어 주고 자기와 그 온 가족이 다 세례를 받은 후

And he took them the same hour of the night and washed their stripes; and was baptized he and all his straightway.

 

사도행전 16 장34절

그들을 데리고 자기 집에 올라가서 음식을 차려 주고 그와 온 집안이 하나님을 믿으므로 크게 기뻐하니라

And when he had brought them into his house he set meat before them and rejoiced believing in God with all his house.

 

사도행전 16 장35절

날이 새매 상관들이 부하를 보내어 이 사람들을 놓으라 하니

And when it was day the magistrates sent the serjeants saying Let those men go.

 

사도행전 16 장36절

간수가 그 말대로 바울에게 말하되 상관들이 사람을 보내어 너희를 놓으라 하였으니 이제는 나가서 평안히 가라 하거늘

And the keeper of the prison told this saying to Paul The magistrates have sent to let you go： now therefore depart and go in peace.

 

사도행전 16 장37절

바울이 이르되 로마 사람인 우리를 죄도 정하지 아니하고 공중 앞에서 때리고 옥에 가두었다가 이제는 가만히 내보내고자 하느냐 아니라 그들이 친히 와서 우리를 데리고 나가야 하리라 한대

But Paul said unto them They have beaten us openly uncondemned being Romans and have cast us into prison; and now do they thrust us out privily? nay verily; but let them come themselves and fetch us out.

 

사도행전 16 장38절

부하들이 이 말을 상관들에게 보고하니 그들이 로마 사람이라 하는 말을 듣고 두려워하여

And the serjeants told these words unto the magistrates： and they feared when they heard that they were Romans.

 

사도행전 16 장39절

와서 권하여 데리고 나가 그 성에서 떠나기를 청하니

And they came and besought them and brought them out and desired them to depart out of the city.

 

사도행전 16 장40절

두 사람이 옥에서 나와 루디아의 집에 들어가서 형제들을 만나 보고 위로하고 가니라

And they went out of the prison and entered into the house of Lydia： and when they had seen the brethren they comforted them and departed.

 

(선교)

선교?

부르신 곳에서 예배하는 것이다

회당이든 아니면 강가든 아니면 감옥안이든...

예배가 없는 땅! 예배가 없는 사람에게 예배가 있게 하는 것이다

 

사실 예배가 없는 사람은 없다

돈을 예배하든 우상을 예배하든 아니면 자기자신을 예배하든 무엇인가를 다들 예배하고 있다

 

그런의미에서 예배가 진짜 예배되도록 예배의 대상을 먼저 점검할 필요가 있다

나는 무엇을 누구를 예배하고 있는가?

나의 예배는 예배가 맞는가?

 

주님은 네팔을 통하여

나와 우리팀에 복음의 구멍을 기워서 예배의 주인이자 대상되시는 예수님이 어떤 분이신지를 알게 하시고 계신다

은혜가 아닐 수 없다

 

나는 그저 때를 얻던지 못 얻던지 예수님을 부활의 주로 예배할 것이다

네팔이든 한국이든 나의 주인되신 예수님께 찬양하고 기도하고 엎드릴 것이다. 아멘

 

주님 제가 오직 주님만을 예배하길 소망하며 결단합니다

십자가의 사랑과 나의 주인이 되어 주신 그 사랑을 찬양하며 감사합니다

저와 우리가 예배할 때 그곳에도 루디아가 간수가 있게 하사 그들의 예배에도 주인이 되시옵소서 아멘 아멘
