신을 벗을 때이다!(10.1화)

[수6:22-27]
22 여호수아가 그 땅을 정탐한 두 사람에게 이르되 그 기생의 집에 들어가서 너희가 그 여인에게 맹세한 대로 그와 그에게 속한 모든 것을 이끌어 내라 하매
23 정탐한 젊은이들이 들어가서 라합과 그의 부모와 그의 형제와 그에게 속한 모든 것을 이끌어 내고 또 그의 친족도 다 이끌어 내어 그들을 이스라엘의 진영 밖에 두고
24 무리가 그 성과 그 가운데에 있는 모든 것을 불로 사르고 은금과 동철 기구는 야훼의 집 곳간에 두었더라
25 여호수아가 기생 라합과 그의 아버지의 가족과 그에게 속한 모든 것을 살렸으므로 그가 오늘까지 이스라엘 중에 거주하였으니 이는 여호수아가 여리고를 정탐하려고 보낸 사자들을 숨겼음이었더라
26 여호수아가 그 때에 맹세하게 하여 이르되 누구든지 일어나서 이 여리고 성을 건축하는 자는 야훼 앞에서 저주를 받을 것이라 그 기초를 쌓을 때에 그의 맏아들을 잃을 것이요 그 문을 세울 때에 그의 막내아들을 잃으리라 하였더라
27 야훼께서 여호수아와 함께 하시니 여호수아의 소문이 그 온 땅에 퍼지니라

22 But Joshua had said unto the two men that had spied out the country, Go into the harlot's house, and bring out thence the woman, and all that she hath, as ye sware unto her.
23 And the young men that were spies went in, and brought out Rahab, and her father, and her mother, and her brethren, and all that she had; and they brought out all her kindred, and left them without the camp of Israel.
24 And they burnt the city with fire, and all that was therein: only the silver, and the gold, and the vessels of brass and of iron, they put into the treasury of the house of the LORD.
25 And Joshua saved Rahab the harlot alive, and her father's household, and all that she had; and she dwelleth in Israel even unto this day; because she hid the messengers, which Joshua sent to spy out Jericho.
26 And Joshua adjured them at that time, saying, Cursed be the man before the LORD, that riseth up and buildeth this city Jericho: he shall lay the foundation thereof in his firstborn, and in his youngest son shall he set up the gates of it.
27 So the LORD was with Joshua; and his fame was noised throughout all the country.

하나님께서 함께 하시면 그 사람은 유명해진다
그때가 가장 겸손할 때이다 유명해졌을 때가...

오늘 본문의 기생라합도  여호수아도 온 진영과 온 땅에 소문이 퍼졌다
하지만 이들은 겸손히 신발을 벗음으로 하나님을 경외하였음을 알 수 있다

나도 네팔에서 한국에서 이런저런 소문이 퍼져 유명해지고 있다 지금이 하나님앞에 나의 신을 벗을 때인것이다
